    Well said. In all fairness nobody really knows his 1RM, and in different exercises it doesn’t really matter. 1 RM only matters for that small niche of athletes who compete in strength sports as powerlifting or strongman. And as you said in the end of the video you have to work with the patient that sits in font of you.

    What do you think about working until muscle failure?
    I usually do it for myself and thinks it is a quick and effective way to train muscle strenght.
    I like exxentric load machine that make it easy and quick. Whats your point of view?
