Hi Khalid, do you use goniometers in your practice? Are there any specific times you would recommend using them? Do they add anything to our practice?
From what I’ve heard goniometers are no more accurate than a trained eye 😬
You burned more calories because you walked further.... it says it right that there you went an extra 1.4 miles within those steps.
Indeed… possibly because I walked faster that it meant greater distance even though same number of steps
